![]() I would of liked a little more of a juice flavor, but hey taste is subjective. Overall the grape flavor was pretty tasty. The only difference between the two is that Loud used artificial sweetners and Amp used sugar. It was actually very similar to the Loud Pomberry Zero that I tried awhile back. It did have a nicely carbonated grape flavor, but it was not too sweet. So I pretty much knew what I was getting in to today when I gave it my first sip. Well first off the new Traction Energy Drink from Amp tells comes in a grape 16 ounce can and says "charge of grape" right on it. I know I was pleased with the last Amp Energy Drink that I reviewed, so let's see if the new 16 ounce Traction makes the cut in the taste and kick categories. I am glad to see Amp continue to diversify their product lineup. The new flavors include ReLaunch, Elevate and Traction (which I am reviewing today). I have one more of the new flavors to review after the Amp Traction review. Well I have almost completely reviewed all of the Energy Drinks that Amp has just released. ![]() Starbucks doubleshot coffee + energy - Cinnamon DulceĪctive Ingredients:Caffeine, Taurine, Guarana, Ginseng Its a great option for those who want a sweeter alternative to. All in all, if the average kick was the final nail on the coffin for amp Sugar Free Lightning, then the first two nails were its ugly can and bland taste.Site Sponsors Site Sponsor / Advertising Options Mountain Dew Amp is a tasty energy drink that provides a noticeable boost in energy and focus. I had a kick that lasted just under three hours, and I didn't crash. ![]() Its energy cocktail contains the usual: riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, taurine, caffeine(160mg), guarana, and ginseng. Unlike the AMP Energy Classic, the Organic contains considerably lowered sugar, sodium, carbohydrates and overall calories. Typical is the only way to describe the potency behind amp low-cal Lightning. AMP Energy Organic is a new line of energy drinks that claim to provide consumers with a sense of freshness using natural ingredients in place of traditionally used artificial flavors and preservatives. The can claims the liquid inside it has a shock of lemonade flavour, but in reality it lacks several staples usually found in lemonade, namely a pronounced tartness, sourness, and a vibrant taste. s/f Lightning goes down smooth and doesn't leave much of an aftertaste, which seems to be the only real positive thing I can say about the flavour. Wayne VINE VOICE I like this more than the Liquid IV products Ive tried Reviewed in the United States on JVine Customer Review of Free Product ( Whats this ) I mix this up in my yeti cup in the mornings and I think it tastes pretty good Im normally a big energy drink drinker in the morning (I hate coffee). The experience ends indistinct ly with only a small amount of lemon to it. There's a mild sourness present that isn't strong enough to taste natural with that of the fruit. Has a slight fruity taste to it and it's pretty smooth, Nothing harsh. Taste like fresca and Mountain Dew with a little lemon lime thrown in. The fake sugar taste doesn't last that long, but when it appears it's a bit overwhelming. One of the few energy drinks that's Good, Meaning it doesn't taste like solid sugar water or some other terrible taste, It's actually blended properly. ![]() It begins with a spike of light carbonation, followed by an artificially sweet artificial lemon taste. But at a much slimmer twenty calories a can, amp s/f Lightning isn't so much of a guilty pleasure, but then again, it's not much of a pleasure at all. I really enjoyed the taste of amp Lightning, and at 220 calories a can, it was a bit of a guilty pleasure. S/F Lightning, like regular amp sugar free, has a black on silver colour scheme, but here, it doesn't work as it clashes with the yellow. I'm not too keen on the "shock of lemonade flavour" line, as it's a bit too large and feels more like something that should be on the back of the can. There's still too much text, and the can just feels impersonal. Amp S/F Lightnings can is no more of an improvement over the other varieties in the line. ![]()
